Peanut butter, fresh ginger, cayenne pepper – yes. But shards of glass weren’t in the original chicken recipe. (Goertzes like to improvise!)

Well, it all started when our glass baking dish of delicious chicken exploded in our oven…and it ended with the guests who we had invited over for the meal still having a great time!
